Welcome to Unigold Home Support club. We strive to provide the best value service to our descerning client base. We offer support to Home End Users
Founded in 1996, Unigold 2000 Ltd is headquartered in Guildford, Surrey and is privately owned and run by family people. We are NOT a franchise and as such care about our reputation and the service that we provide.
We repair Microsoft based PC.s, and laptops. Laptop screen repairs, hard disk errors and data recovery are all everyday problems.
Our business philosophy is simple: give consumers what they want, when they want it. We never stop improving our world class operation by putting our customers - and their needs - first.
The club entitles you to our dedicated remote control service as a preventative medicine, free award winning Anti-Virus and
discounts on any onsite labour charges.
As a member of our club you are also entitled to Q&A’s via email direct to our engineers.
Non club members will be able to use this service but at a non discounted rate of £35 + vat per support call.
What if I never use the service? If you do not make a single support call in any 1 year period and you have kept your membership upto date you will be entitled to request a full PC software rebuild worth £130 + vat (not transferable, other labour service or any cash alternative), thus refreshing and renewing your operating system.
If the problem is too severe to repair by remote control then we will need to make an onsite visit. Onsite you will benefit from the discounts as follows:
for members of 3 months you will get 10% discount on all labour,
for members of 6 months you will get 20% discount on all labour,
for members of 9 months you will get 30% discount on all Labour
for members of 12 months duration and over you will get 40% discount for the duration of your membership.
You do not have to buy 12 months in one go, you can purchase 3 months and keep it topped up when it expires, provided you have a continous membership you will retain the benefit of escalating discounts.

1 PC membership £4.99 per month minimum term 3 months
2 PC membership £7.99 per month minimum term 3 months
3 PC membership £14.99 per month minimum term 3 months

Pricing excludes VAT at 17.5%.
If you do not wish to pay online you can call
0845 390 2000 and we can arrange setting up a direct debit to come out of your bank every month.

Unigold Remote Support
What is Unigold Remote Control?
How often have you had a problem with a computer and waited for your friend/family to come over and fix it. With Unigold remote control you don't have to wait. This software allows us to connect to your computer from anywhere! Its easy to use, secure, works through firewalls.
Unigold is dedicated to simplifying technical support. In line with that the Unigold remote control allows 2 PC's anywhere in the world to connect through the internet. This opens up a number of collaborative possibilities like training, editing & modifying word documents or Power Point presentations, technical support and more.
Unigold's remote control is based on the UltraVNC and UltraVNC SC flavors of VNC and includes Jari Korhonen's repeater to allow it all to work through Firewalls.
You can use the Unigold remote control for a number of purposes like:
- training, editing & modifying word documents or Power Point presentations
- collaborating with someone overseas (only if you trust them)
- technical support
