Installation

From start to finish, we will handle your installation

New Installations

Stage I – Setup

Once a solution has been agreed, our engineers will setup and configure the installations components in our setup facility.

Stage II – Testing

Before proceeding on site, thorough testing of the equipment. This minimises the interruption on site and ensures all equipment is working before in-place installation begins.

Stage III – Backend installation

Depending upon infrastructure, new backend components will be installed and integrated with your existing system. This will include the provision of new networking equipment such as POE1 switches and cable runs.

Stage IV – Solution installation

Once the infrastructure is ready for the installation we will arrange to visit site and install the equipment. This will include the Camera’s and the Network Video recorder.

Stage V – Testing

All equipment is thoroughly tested to ensure all components are working correctly with each other. The components can then be configured to be accessible to the web or other compliant networked devices. By doing this we ensure minimal interference with your working day and only work on existing devices once the testing is completed.

Stage VI – Training and hand over

We will run through the day to day running of the system to one or more staff members and ensure you are happy with the installation. If there is any tweaking to be done, this will then be carried out or scheduled.

Existing Installations

If you already have a CCTV solution in place, we can look at this to see whether it can be upgraded to use the new technologies or how best to replace it or augment it if required.

In the majority of cases our HD IP solutions have proven vastly superior over existing installations.

Because our systems use the latest available technologies they are some of the most future proof systems available.

Maintenance

From onsite support to repairs, we cover it all

On-site support

If any reason your system needs to be accessed directly we can come on site and fix the majority of issues relatively quickly. Whilst they can be done remotely, firmware upgrades and general active maintenance should be done using a computer on site. If the CCTV solution is not on a dedicated network and can be accessed by a local computer these upgrades can be done remotely.

Remote Support

Being IP-based, providing the system is connected to the Internet we can provide the majority of support remotely and can also include active monitoring of the system in our installations. Depending on your Internet connection general maintenance can be done in this way
